Genting SkyWorlds may be a land that’s filled with exciting and thrilling adventures, but don’t worry, there are also rules and regulations in place to keep you and your family safe at all times during your visit.

Height Requirements & Restrictions

To ensure that you have a safe and pleasant experience, certain rides and attractions at our Theme Park have height restrictions, which are stated at the entrances along with health and safety reminders. Make sure you read them carefully before you queue to determine if the ride/attraction is suitable for you and your family.

Rider Safety Guidelines

Read Before You Queue

While our rides and attractions are designed to safely provide unique adventures and thrills, it is important to read the safety information of each attraction, so that you can make an informed decision about your experiences at Genting SkyWorlds.

Larger-framed Guests

All passenger restraint systems — including lap bars, shoulder harnesses and seat belts — must be positioned and fastened properly for your safety. Guests who fail to properly fit into a safety restraint will not be allowed to ride.

Ride-warning Signs

Ride-warning signs can be found at the entrance of each ride to help you figure out which attractions are suitable for you. Please read all health and safety requirements for each attraction, as they are not all the same. You should know and understand your own physical conditions and limitations. If you suspect that your health could be at risk for any reason, or that you could aggravate a pre-existing condition of any kind, do not proceed with a ride.

Loose Article Policy

Loose articles like mobile phones, cameras, umbrellas and keys are prohibited at most attractions, and should be left with a non-rider or secured in a locker. Items that could be extended out of a ride vehicle – either before or during a ride – should be properly secured. If you have particularly long hair, and/or long and/or flowy clothing, and/or long and/or flowy accessories, you’ll be required to take certain precautions before a ride begins.

You will see the following symbols used throughout the ride-warning signs:

Guests with back or neck disorder conditions are not allowed to experience the attraction

This attraction is not recommended for guests who have fear of enclosed spaces

Guests with a history of heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure are not allowed to experience the attraction

Guests with prosthetic or missing limbs may not be able to take this ride

Guests who have recently underwent a surgery or have other conditions that may be easily aggravated are not allowed to experience the attraction

Guests with a cast on their arm or leg may not be able to take this ride

Pregnant women are not allowed on this attraction

This attraction is not recommended for guests who are susceptible to motion sickness of dizziness

This attraction is not recommended for guests who have medical sensitivity to strobe effects or are susceptible to epilepsy

Sensitivity to loud noises

This attraction is not recommended for guests who have a fear or heights

Guests may remain in their wheelchair throughout the entire experience

To avoid serious injury, remain seated upright. Keep hands and feet inside the vehicle at all times

For your safety and the safety of all guests and team members, photography and videography are not permitted throughout the experience of this attraction
