Entitlements:
- Unlimited access to Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park during its operational days. Please download Genting SkyWorlds mobile app to check the latest park info.
- Complimentary three (3) VQ reservations during your visit each time.

- The Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass will not guarantee immediate entry to Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park (“Park”), especially during peak times, nor does it guarantee that all rides and shows will be fully operational on the day of the visit.
- Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass holders are advised to arrive at the Park early as entry restrictions due to high capacity will be addressed on a first come, first served basis. All events are subject to availability and so to guarantee entry, booking in advance is, where available, strongly recommended.
- In the event that Park operations are hindered or may be hindered due to inclement weather, power outage, other natural disaster, infrastructure dysfunction, or other reasons for which the Management cannot be held responsible, the operation of the Park may be suspended or the operating hours may be reduced. Compensation or refund will not be offered in this case.
- The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete and add to the Terms and Conditions stated herein without notice to the holder and/or withdraw and/or suspend the usage of the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass at any time without prior notice.
- The Management reserves the right to amend or withdrawn any benefits or privileges incorporated with the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass at any time without prior notice.
- All Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass holders entering the Park are to comply with all the Park’s rules & regulations published at the Park entrances or gentingskyworlds.com
- The Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass is the property of Genting Malaysia Berhad, to whom it must be returned if found or upon request.
- The Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass may not be issued to those who have been engaging in misconduct, illegal activities, disturbing other guests, not complying with Park rules, or otherwise hindering the operation of the Park or its related facilities. If you use your Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass to visit the Park and are found to engage in such behaviour, you may be asked to leave the Park immediately and have your Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass revoked. Your revoked Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass will not be refunded in any way.
- By enrolling for the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass, the member is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as may be revised by the Management from time to time) and such other instructions, terms and conditions which may be prescribed by the Management from time to time in connection with the pass holder and the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass.
- The Management undertakes that all information provided by the applicants will be used for the sole purpose of the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass, and may, with the member’s consent, notify the member of other similar programs, promotions and events that may be organised from time to time.
How to Activate your Annual Pass?
After purchasing a Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass, follow these simple steps to activate your Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass:
- Download the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app before your visit.
- Login with your mobile number, email address or Genting Rewards membership ID.
- Swipe right for the <Menu> and select <My Tickets>.
- Scan the QR code on your confirmation email/ physical ticket to link it to your mobile app.
- Head straight to the entry turnstile for direct park admission by scanning your Annual Pass QR code linked to the mobile app and register your biometric (finger print).
Gentle Reminders:
- Before leaving the park during your first visit, kindly complete your profile registration at our Guest Services.
- Biometric Registration: All guests must register their fingerprints upon first scan of the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass. Your fingerprint biometrics will be converted into a unique 16-digit number and stored for entry/re-entry purposes only.
- Park Entry: To use the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass, pass holder must scan the Annual Pass QR code linked to your mobile app and your fingerprints at the entry turnstiles.
- Re-entry: To re-enter the park, pass holder must scan the Annual Pass QR linked to your mobile app and validate your fingerprints at the entry turnstile.
