1. Things You Must Do/Know Before Purchase
   1.1 You must read these terms and conditions applicable for the Unlimited Pass (“GSW Pass”) and the terms and conditions applicable to the GSW Park, which are published at the GSW Park’s entrances and www.gentingskyworlds.com.
   1.2 You must be 18 years old and above. If you are below 18 years old, you will need to get your parent/guardian to buy the GSW Pass for you.
   1.3 You must not have committed or been implicated in misconduct or disorderly conduct, illegal activities, disturbances, disregarding, disrupting or obstructing the operations of or breaching any terms and conditions or rules and regulations applicable to the GSW Park, events, performances, activities, offers, goods, services, venues or any premises under Resorts World Genting. Your GSW Pass will be invalidated immediately without prior notice and with no refund if you are found or discover to be ineligible under this condition.
   1.4 No physical ticket or pass will be issued. You are required to register your GSW Pass and get ready a handphone that is compatible to download Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park mobile app (“GSW App”).and scan the QR Code to store your GSW Pass within the GSW App. Guardian/parent of minor below 18 years old may store more than one (1) GSW Pass (including the GSW Pass for minor(s)) in his/her handphone.
   1.5 Your handphone with the downloaded GSW App will be required for verification at the time of reentry or enjoyment of any benefits and discounts that are offered to holders of the GSW Pass. Screenshot, purchase confirmation, or any other purchase details are not acceptable as a replacement.
   1.6 At the registration (set out in Paragraph (4) below), you are required to agree for the Company to collect and use (“Consent”):
   (a) your *biometric data (like fingerprint, facial features) which are going to be used to digitally identify or verify you for access control and security purposes; and
   (b) your personal data listed in Paragraph (4) may be used for purposes set out in the Personal Data Processing Statement available at www.rwgenting.com/en/privacy-policy.html, including but not limited to analytical, provision of services, goods, promotion and marketing.
   1.7 If you do not agree, refuse, reject or unable to provide the personal data required in Paragraph (4) or you are unable to download the GSW App for whatever reason at the time of registration, your registration will be considered unsuccessful and Genting Malaysia Berhad (“Company”) may refund the sum you have already paid for the GSW Pass (either wholly or partially) on case to case basis.
   1.8 You may at any time withdraw or cancel your Consent Provided That there will be no refund (either fully or proportionately) in such case.
   1.9 The Company and/or its authorized person shall have the rights to amend and vary the terms and conditions of the GSW Pass and/or the GSW Park from time to time. You shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the applicable terms and conditions at each instance of your entry to the GSW Park.
   * Your biometric data will be collected when you place any one of your fingers on a scanner which will immediately change into a set of binary code which cannot be reversible to your fingerprint. No fingerprint will be stored but the unique binary code will be used to verify your identity in your next visit. Same finger shall be used for reentry to the GSW Park.
2. What Do You Get Under the Pass
   Without prejudice to the Company’s rights to suspend, change, revise or withdraw the benefits of the GSW Pass without prior notice:
   2.1 the GSW Pass will give you unlimited entry to the Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park throughout the validity period of the GSW Pass; which is 365 consecutive days from and inclusive of the day of activation or deemed activation under Paragraph 5.2, subject to the operating hours of the GSW Park and other applicable terms and conditions.
   2.2 the GSW Pass comes with the privilege to make a pre-reservation through Virtual Queue (3VQ) at the GSW App.
   2.3 there will also be special offers at designated restaurants and retail outlets for holders of GSW Pass at the relevant time.
3. Where Can You Buy the Pass
   3.1 The GSW Pass must be purchased from legitimate and authorized channels:
   (a) Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park Ticketing Counters
   (b) Self-Service Ticketing Kiosks located at Studio Plaza, and SkyAvenue Gateway.
   (c) Online at www.gentingskyworlds.com.
   (d) Resorts World Genting mobile apps
   (e) Online at www.rwgenting.com
   3.2 Any GSW Pass that is discovered to have been purchased through unauthorised channels or illegally (such as the use of fraudulent debit / credit card) will immediately rejected, revoked or cancelled without any compensation or refund and without any prior notice.
   3.3 On successful purchase, a confirmation containing a QR Code will be issued. Once a purchase is completed, no return or refund will be permitted unless otherwise provided in the terms and conditions.
4. You are required to register your Pass
   4.1 List of personal data you are required to provide at the time of registration are as follows:
   (a) First name and surname
   (b) Date of birth
   (c) NRIC / Passport number remain(e) Contact telephone number
   (d) Emergency Contact number
   (e) Contact email address
   (f) Photograph which must be a true likeness of you; which will be uploaded into your GSW Pass and be used as secondary method for verification purpose
   4.2 Biometric data will be captured at the following locations: 
   (a) The fingerprint scanner at the Guest Services Counter which is located outside the GSW Park; and
   (b) The fingerprint scanner at the GSW Park entrance turnstile
   REMEMBER: You are required to use same finger at both locations and for every reentry to GSW Park
5. Activation of Your Pass
   5.1 The GSW Pass is activated on first successful entry into the GSW Park within 7 days of purchase.
   5.2 The Pass shall be deemed to have been activated on the 8th day of purchase if on or within 7 days of purchase, you fail, neglect, unable to register and/or enter the GSW Park for whatever reason.
6. Non-Transferable and No Refund
   6.1 Your GSW Pass is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, and cannot be resold or lent / loaned, whether in whole or in part, or for any period of time.
   6.2 Save and except otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, there will be no refund at any time and for whatever reason, even if you are unable to utilize or use the GSW Pass with valid, reasonable and excusable reasons.
7. Utilisation of the GSW Pass
   7.1 You are granted with a limited license to use the GSW Pass according to these terms and conditions.
   7.2 Utilisation of the GSW Pass is always subject to the business operating hours of the GSW Park and availability and/or applicability of the rides, attractions, seats, events, performances, activities, performances, stocks for holders of the GSW Pass at the time.
   7.3 The GSW Pass does not give you any priority, immediate or guarantee entry. Entry to the GSW Park is on first-come-first-serve basis. You are advised to arrive at the GSW Park early. The Company has the right to deny entry for capacity management, safety and any other reasons which the Company deems fit.
   7.4 In addition to these terms and conditions, you shall at all times comply and observe the applicable terms and conditions, rules and regulations of the GWS Park, the events, performances, activities and offers that may be available within the Park from time to time.
   7.5 The GSW Pass does not cover events, performances, activities and offers that required separate ticket.
   7.6 Unless specifically stated otherwise, your GSW Pass cannot be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other promotional offer, voucher or advance booking or with any discount or retail/restaurant incentive.
   7.7 If you have or discover to have breached, not complying, non-observance of any terms and conditions of the GSW Park and/or of the GSW Pass (including its benefits), without prejudice to the Company’s right to claim for losses and damages arising from or in connection to your breach (either directly or indirectly), the Company shall have the right to:
   (a) request you to leave the GSW Park;
   (b) suspend, terminate, revoke, withdraw and/or cancel your GSW Pass temporarily or permanently without any refund or compensation, as the Company may decide in its absolute discretion, whether or not the breach has subsequently been rectified.
8. Disclaimer
   Without prejudice and in addition to any terms and conditions and rules and regulations of GSW Park, event, activity or offer, under no circumstances shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, contractors or agents be held responsible for any hindered, suspended, denial, reduced operations, wholly or in part, at or of the GSW Park, events, performances, activities or offers due to inclement weather, power outage, other natural disaster, infrastructure dysfunction, or other reason as the Company or its officers, employees, contractors or agents deem fit. Compensation or refund shall not be available under any circumstances. The Holder shall comply with the instructions of Genting Malaysia Berhad, its officers, employees, contractors or agents from time to time.
9. Renewal
   You may apply to renew your GSW Pass 30 days prior to the expiry date of your GSW Pass Provided That renewal of your GSW Pass shall be subject to the Company’s approval and the applicable terms and conditions at the time,
10. Ownership of the Pass
    10.1 The Company asserts all proprietary rights over and against the GSW Pass.
    10.2 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and any provisions in these terms and conditions, no tempering, misappropriating, theft, or assumption of the identity of another in relation to the GSW Pass and its privileges is allowed.
    You shall take all reasonable care to ensure at all times the security and integrity of the GSW Pass and the proprietary rights of the Company. You shall immediately report any breach of this Clause to the Guest Services Team located at entrances of the Park or via email at: tpguestservices@rwgenting.com. Without prejudice to Condition No. 8.7, you shall render all assistance to the Company for full compliance of this Clause and / or rectification of any breach of any part of this Clause.
11. Decision by the Company
    You shall agree and acknowledge that the Company’s decision on any issues relating to these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions applicable to the Park, events, performances, activities, offers, goods and services shall be final and conclusive. No appeal shall be entertained.
12. Amendment
    The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to alter, amend, delete and add to any terms and conditions (including these terms and conditions) and rules and regulations to the GSW Pass, the GSW Park, performances, events, activities, offers, goods and services all as it deems fit without notice to any parties. the terms and conditions stated herein without any notice to the holder and/or withdraw and/or suspend the usage of the GSW Pass at any time without prior notice.
