TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GENTING SKYWORLDS THEME PARK UNLIMITED PASS

At each instance of purchasing or renewing the GSW Unlimited Pass, registering the holder (“Holder”) of GSW Unlimited Pass, activating the GSW Unlimited Pass or entering the Theme Park, the purchaser of GSW Unlimited Pass and Holder are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, as may be revised by Genting Malaysia Berhad (Company No. 198001004236) from time to time.
Privileges: GSW Unlimited Pass confers the Holder unlimited entry to the Theme Park for a year, i.e., 365 consecutive days, from and inclusive of the day of activation of the GSW Unlimited Pass, subject to these terms and conditions. A GSW Unlimited Pass comes with the privilege to make pre-reservation through Virtual Queue (3 VQ) at Genting SkyWorlds mobile app to enter the Theme Park. There will also be special Theme Park offers from time to time for GSW Unlimited Pass holders. Genting Malaysia Berhad reserves the right to introduce, amend or withdraw any benefits or privileges at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility: Any person 18 years and above may apply for a GSW Unlimited Pass. For a person below 18 years old, their parent / guardian may apply on their behalf. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a person is not eligible for a GSW Unlimited Pass if they have committed or been implicated in mis- or disorderly conduct, illegal activities, disturbances, disregarding or breaching any terms and conditions or rules and regulations applicable to, disrupting or obstructing the operations of or at the Theme Park, events, activities, offers, goods, services, venues or any premises at Genting Highlands. A Holder who is found to be ineligible will have their GSW Unlimited Pass revoked and may be asked to leave the Theme Park, event etc and / or return any offers etc immediately, without any refund in anyway.

Where to buy: GSW Unlimited Pass may be purchased through the following channels:
• Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park Ticketing Counters and Self-Service Ticketing Kiosks located at Studio Plaza, and SkyAvenue Gateway.
• Online at www.gentingskyworlds.com.
• Genting SkyWorlds mobile app.
The GSW Unlimited Pass that is discovered to have been purchased through unauthorised channels or illegally (such as the use of fraudulent debit / credit card) will be revoked without compensation or refund.
On successful purchase, a confirmation containing a QR Code will be issued. The GSW Unlimited Pass holder will need to download Genting SkyWorlds mobile app to scan the QR Code for the GSW Unlimited Pass to be stored in the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app. The Holder will need to have with them the device downloaded with Genting SkyWorlds mobile app containing the GSW Unlimited Pass for inspection or production of GSW Unlimited Pass as required such as to enter (including re-enter) the Theme Park and redeeming any benefits or privileges of GSW Unlimited Pass holder. Print screen, purchase confirmation, details of purchase, whatsoever other than the GSW Unlimited Pass stored in the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app, is not acceptable as replacement of GSW Unlimited Pass. No physical pass / ticket will be issued or accepted. Nothing in these terms and conditions affect the terms and conditions applicable to Genting SkyWorlds mobile app which remain in full force and effect.
Once a purchase is completed, no return or refund will be permitted.
Registration: After purchasing a GSW Unlimited Pass, the Holder must register at Unlimited Pass Lounge or Guest Services Counter by providing the following information:
• First name and surname
• Date of birth
• NRIC / Passport number
• Residential address
• Contact telephone number
• Contact email address
• Photograph which must be a true likeness of the Holder
Activating GSW Unlimited Pass: After registration of the Holder, the GSW Unlimited Pass is activated on first successful entry into the Theme Park. The Holder will have to register one of their fingerprints before the first entry into the Theme Park. Registration of the fingerprint is done at the scanner at the turnstile at the Theme Park entrance. The Holder (or their parent / guardian) must expressly agree to Genting Malaysia Berhad collecting the fingerprint by placing their finger voluntarily (or the parent / guardian permitting the Holder’s placing their finger) on and allowing the scanner to successfully complete the scan of their fingerprint. The Holder (or their parent / guardian) agrees that the record of their successful fingerprint scan is the evidence of the Holder’s (or their parent’s / guardian’s) express consent for the collection and processing of the Holder’s fingerprint. Fingerprint is only collected to enable subsequent entry into the Theme Park by the Holder. The fingerprint image itself will not be stored and will not be retrievable by any party including Genting Malaysia Berhad. Subsequent entry to the Theme Park will not be allowed if the scanner does not detect a fingerprint match.
Non-activation of GSW Unlimited Pass: A GSW Unlimited Pass must be activated within 6 months of purchase, failing which it will lapse and become null and void. No refund or exchange whatsoever will be given for a lapsed GSW Unlimited Pass. Renewal is not available for a lapsed GSW Unlimited Pass.
Non-Transferable & Breach of these Terms & Conditions: Only the registered Holder with fingerprint verified by scanner at the turnstile at the Theme Park entrance may use and enjoy the GSW Unlimited Pass, which is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, and cannot be resold or lent / loaned, whether in whole or in part, or for any period of time. Genting Malaysia Berhad reserves all rights against any use or attempted use of GSW Unlimited Pass in breach of any provisions of these terms and conditions, including revoking the GSW Unlimited Pass without compensation or refund.
Theme Park and Other Terms & Conditions Apply:
10.1 Entry into, availability of and participating in the Theme Park, any events, activities or offers are subject to the opening hours, terms and conditions and rules and regulations from time to time of the Theme Park, events, activities or offers available to the Holder. GSW Unlimited Pass does not include events, activities and offers that are subject to separate ticketing requirements. The Theme Park’s rules and regulations are published at the Theme Park entrances and www.gentingskyworlds.com.
10.2 GSW Unlimited Pass does not confer priority or immediate, and does not guarantee entry into the Theme Park, especially during peak times, although the Holder has the privilege to make pre-reservation through Virtual Queue (3 VQ) at Genting SkyWorlds mobile app to enter the Theme Park. Virtual Queue (3VQ) terms and conditions apply. For safety, entry restrictions may be implemented for proactive management and protection of the Theme Park capacity assurance. The Holder is advised to arrive at the Theme Park early, as entry restrictions are generally based on first-come-first-served basis.
10.3 GSW Unlimited Pass does not guarantee that all rides and shows will be fully operational on any day.
10.4 Events, activities and offers which Holders are privileged to, are subject to availability of places and stock, as applicable, and Holders are advised to make advance bookings, if available, to avoid disappointment. The GSW Unlimited Pass does not guarantee availability of places and stock, as applicable, of any events, activities and offers.
10.5 Without prejudice and in addition to any terms and conditions and rules and regulations of Theme Park, event, activity or offer, under no circumstances shall Genting Malaysia Berhad, its officers, employees, contractors or agents be held responsible for any hindered, suspended, reduced operations, wholly or in part, at or of the Theme Park, events, activities or offers due to inclement weather, power outage, other natural disaster, infrastructure dysfunction, or other reason as Genting Malaysia Berhad or its officers, employees, contractors or agents deem fit. Compensation or refund shall not be available under any circumstances. The Holder shall comply with the instructions of Genting Malaysia Berhad, its officers, employees, contractors or agents from time to time.
Renewal: At Genting Malaysia Berhad’s sole discretion, GSW Unlimited Pass may be renewed at a discounted rate during a certain period of time. Renewal is available 30 days before or after the expiry date stated for the GSW Unlimited Pass.
Inapplicability with Other Promotions: Unless specifically stated otherwise, the GSW Unlimited Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer, voucher or advance booking or with any discount or retail/restaurant incentive.
Usage of Information: All personal information provided to and collected by Genting Malaysia Berhad pursuant to these terms and conditions will be used for the sole purposes related to the GSW Unlimited Pass, including provision of services, goods and security of person and property. Genting Malaysia Berhad may, with the purchaser’s / Holder’s consent, notify the purchaser / Holder of other similar programs, promotions and events that may be organised from time to time.
Security for GSW Unlimited Pass: Genting Malaysia Berhad asserts all proprietary rights over and against the GSW Unlimited Pass. The Holder is granted a limited licence to use the GSW Unlimited Pass according to these terms and conditions. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and any provisions in these terms and conditions, no tempering, misappropriating, theft, or assumption of the identity of another in relation to the GSW Unlimited Pass and its privileges is allowed. A Holder shall take all reasonable care to ensure at all times the security and integrity of the GSW Unlimited Pass and the proprietary rights of Genting Malaysia Berhad. The purchaser or the Holder shall immediately report any breach of this Clause to the Guest Services Team located at entrances of the Theme Park or via email at: tpguestservices@rwgenting.com. The purchaser or the Holder shall render all assistance to Genting Malaysia Berhad for full compliance of this Clause and / or rectification of any breach of any part of this Clause. Without prejudice to any provision in these terms and conditions, Genting Malaysia Berhad reserves all rights to take any action for any breach of any part of this Clause including revoking the GSW Unlimited Pass without compensation or refund, whether or not the breach has subsequently been rectified.
Decision by Genting Malaysia Berhad: Genting Malaysia Berhad’s decision as it deems fit on any issues relating to these terms and conditions, Theme Park, events, activities, offers, goods and services shall be final and conclusive.
Amendment: Genting Malaysia Berhad reserves the right to alter, amend, delete and add to any terms and conditions (including these terms and conditions) and rules and regulations to the GWS Unlimited Pass, Theme Park, events, activities, offers, goods and services all as it deems fit without notice to any parties. the terms and conditions stated herein without notice to the holder and/or withdraw and/or suspend the usage of the GSW Unlimited Pass at any time without prior notice.

How to Activate your Unlimited Pass?

After purchasing a Genting SkyWorlds Unlimited Pass, follow these simple steps to activate your Genting SkyWorlds Unlimited Pass:

Download the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app before your visit.
Login with your mobile number, email address or Genting Rewards membership ID.
Swipe right for the <Menu> and select <My Tickets>.
Scan the QR code on your confirmation email/ physical ticket to link it to your mobile app.
Head straight to the entry turnstile for direct park admission by scanning your Unlimited Pass QR code linked to the mobile app and register your biometric (finger print).

Important: If you do not activate your Genting SkyWorlds Unlimited Pass within 7 days of purchase, it will automatically activate on the 8th day.

Gentle Reminders:

Before leaving the park during your first visit, kindly complete your profile registration at our Guest Services.
Biometric Registration: All guests must register their fingerprints upon first scan of the Genting SkyWorlds Unlimited Pass. Your fingerprint biometrics will be converted into a unique 16-digit number and stored for entry/re-entry purposes only.
Park Entry: To use the Genting SkyWorlds Unlimited Pass, pass holders must scan the Unlimited Pass QR code linked to your mobile app and your fingerprints at the entry turnstiles.
Re-entry: To re-enter the park, pass holders must scan the Unlimited Pass QR linked to your mobile app and validate your fingerprints at the entry turnstile.
